About Ballard's Alignment Services

Ballard's Alignment Services is a wheel alignment service in Louisville, Kentucky. It is listed at 3201 S 3rd St, Louisville, KY 40214, which places it among the local businesses of Louisville that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. In Louisville, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Kentucky, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop sells used tires or handles truck and trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.

Hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Louisville keep standard business hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on weekends and holidays. The listed phone number is (502) 366-1144. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 44 reviews, which is a strong result for a wheel alignment service in Louisville and suggests consistent service.

Louisville is in Kentucky, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Louisville is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Kentucky's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

He is a blessing. So kind. Enough to come back after shop closed because I was running late but my car alignment was horrible. I urged on the situation he returned and was so kind and patient and did a awesome job. Blessed man. I really thank him .

After setting my alignment, Ballard's let me know that the tie rods were loose and the wheel vibrated when I drove. After I got the tie rods replaced at another mechanic, they let me know that Ballard's should not have done an alignment with loose tie rods and that I should take it back to get it fixed. After getting it aligned a second time, the steering wheel is askew and he will not fix it, because I didn't come to him for the tie rods. Not poor quality work and unprofessional. I will not return.
